Role Overview

We are looking for skilled roofing subcontractors to manage and execute roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance across various job sites. Ideal candidates are self-directed professionals who can lead their own crew, meet project deadlines, and uphold our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, repair, and replacement of residential and commercial roofing systems

  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes

  • Manage projects independently, delivering quality work on schedule and within budget

  • Communicate effectively with project managers and clients

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite

  • Submit accurate invoices, time logs, and project documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of roofing experience (residential and commercial)

  • Ability to manage a crew and work independently

  • Proficiency in various roofing systems and techniques

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and building regulations

  • Physically capable of performing demanding tasks

  • Reliable transportation and complete set of tools

  • Roofing license or certification (preferred)

  • Mandatory: Business license, liability insurance, HST number, and WSIB coverage
