Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and schematics to identify issues and execute repairs accurately
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements
  • Weld and perform mechanical modifications as needed to ensure vehicle safety and performance
  • Assist with assembly of vehicle components during repairs or upgrades
  • Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and working with heavy machinery
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of all service orders

Experience

  • Prior dealership experience is highly preferred
  • Proven mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques
  • Familiarity with schematics, maintenance manuals, and diagnostic tools
  • Experience working with welding equipment and performing mechanical modifications is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair procedures, including the use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
  • Excellent customer service skills to assist clients professionally and courteously
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and work on vehicles requiring physical effort

Pay: $27.34-$46.80 per hour
