Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise game sessions, ensuring all participants understand the rules and objectives.
Create an exciting atmosphere by actively engaging with guests.
Monitor gameplay to ensure fairness and adherence to rules while offering assistance as needed.
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly during game bookings and merchandise sales.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized game area.
Requirements:
Experience working with children is preferred, as you will frequently interact with young participants.
Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing payments during game sessions.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is highly valued.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must be 18 years of age or older, as you will work mostly independently post-training.
Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.
A great memory to keep our rooms running smoothly.
Public speaking skills for effective communication with groups of participants.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
