At Future Fertility, we're revolutionizing the IVF journey with AI-powered quality assessments that bring clarity and confidence to fertility care, starting with the egg. Our innovative technology is used by leading clinics worldwide, empowering both doctors and patients with data-driven insights to optimize treatment decisions for patients going through egg freezing or IVF.
As a fast-growing, mission-driven company, we're looking for passionate, forward- thinking individuals to join our team. At Future Fertility, we are committed to building and fostering an environment where our employees feel heard, respected, and empowered. We take a "people-first" approach to our team, and we pride ourselves in being a values-driven organization.
If you're excited about the intersection of AI, healthcare, and reproductive medicine —and want to make a real impact in people's lives—we'd love to hear from you
Let's get started
As Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how our innovative digital health products — including VIOLET, MAGENTA, and ROSE — evolve and reach clinics worldwide. You'll oversee the lifecycle of existing products, while also working on new products from concept and clinical validation to launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you'll join a small, high-performing team focused on:
- Enhancing the impact of our existing products, and
- Exploring and launching new innovations across the reproductive health journey and adjacent clinical domains.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the product roadmap: Collaborate with the product team to plan and deliver against strategic objectives, ensuring strong alignment with company goals.
- Translate insights into action: Turn clinical, user, and market insights into clear product requirements, specifications, and development priorities.
- Deliver value end-to-end: Lead product initiatives through discovery, definition, design, and delivery — anticipating risks, managing dependencies, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Drive alignment and prioritization: Proactively communicate trade-offs, key decisions, and rationale to cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and consensus.
- Leverage data and metrics: Use analytics and feedback loops to measure performance, drive adoption, and guide iterative improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Engineering, Clinical Embryology, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver impactful product launches and enhancements.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics to inform strategy and maintain a market-leading edge.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally within digital health, medical technology, or other healthcare-related domains.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly proactive, creative, curious, and goal-oriented, with a bias toward action and learning.
- Working understanding of artificial intelligence and its clinical applications.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Figma.
Bonus points for:
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- Demonstrated interest or experience working with large language models (LLMs).
- Experience in reproductive medicine, medical imaging, or laboratory workflows.
- Experience implementing digital health solutions and driving clinician adoption.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and individual impact.
