About the Role

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Subcontractors to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality residential cleaning services on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential cleaning tasks including deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and regular maintenance cleaning.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the team.
  • Travel to client locations as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in residential cleaning (deep clean or move-in/move-out experience preferred).
  • Must have own vehicle for transportation.
  • Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation

  • $25/hour paid as subcontractor (independent contractor role).
