Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Evismart Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Data Analyst

On-site | Vancouver Office – 675 W Hastings St.

About Evident

Evident is a global leader in digital dental design and manufacturing solutions, helping dental professionals deliver exceptional patient care through technology, expertise, and innovation.

With teams in Canada, Korea, and the Philippines, we support thousands of customers across more than 25 countries. Our platform combines advanced CAD/CAM design, AI-driven workflows, and exceptional customer service to streamline processes, improve quality, and enable dental professionals to focus on what matters most — their patients.

At Evident, we're driven by a passion for problem-solving, innovation, and making a tangible impact in the dental industry.

What You'll Do

Data Analysis & Insights

Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA), data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) or R. Perform statistical analyses, including descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression, to identify trends and key business insights. Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for reliable, efficient data flow across systems. Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track business performance and communicate results. Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines to predict future trends and guide data-driven decision-making. Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs and connect insights to measurable outcomes. Present findings in a clear, compelling way to executives and cross-functional teams.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure analytics support company goals. Maintain organized documentation, ensuring data integrity and reproducibility. Identify data quality issues or inefficiencies and propose process improvements. Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable data solutions and improve internal workflows. Operate both strategically and tactically — zooming out for business context and zooming in on technical execution.

What We're Looking For

Strong grounding in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence. 4–5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist. Proficiency in SQL (joins, subqueries, window functions) and Python or R for data analysis. Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data transformation workflows. Solid knowledge of statistical methods and machine learning fundamentals (regression, clustering, decision trees, random forests). Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub). Excellent communication and data storytelling skills — you can turn complex analysis into clear business recommendations. Bonus: Background in healthtech, SaaS, or dental technology, or experience with data governance and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2). Curious mindset, low ego, high attention to detail, and a bias toward action.

Why Join Us?

Meaningful Impact: Use data to drive innovation and shape the future of digital dentistry.
Empowered Culture: Join a collaborative, global team that values creativity, accountability, and curiosity.
Collaborative Environment: Work from our Vancouver HQ with zero micromanagement and maximum trust.
Career Growth: Grow into leadership roles in data science, analytics, or strategy as the company continues to scale.

This isn't just crunching numbers.
It's end-to-end data storytelling — helping build smarter, faster, and more connected workflows in digital dentistry.

If you're ready to transform complex data into meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and help us shape the future of dental innovation through data.
