Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a B-Pressure Welder located in Red Deer County, AB. The B-Pressure Welder will be responsible for conducting a variety of welding operations, including TIG, MIG, and Arc Welding, with a focus on high-quality and precise work. Key tasks include interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, performing welds on various materials, performing equipment maintenance, and working collaboratively with the production team to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in welding methods such as Arc Welding, TIG Welding, and MIG Welding
  • Experience and skills in general Welding and working with various types of Materials
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and production drawings
  • Familiarity with workplace and equipment safety protocols in industrial settings
  • Certification in B-Pressure Welding is required; additional CWB or equivalent certifications are an asset
  • Excellent attention to detail with commitment to quality workmanship
  • Prior experience in the oil and gas industry is a strong advantage
