About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Liquid Rail Car Loader to join the Heartland Sulphur Team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in rail car loading, specifically with liquid products, and be capable of performing duties safely and efficiently in an outdoor industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely load and unload liquid rail cars in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Operate under breathing air as required by site safety protocols.
  • Perform pre-loading inspections, monitor transfer operations, and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with site operations, logistics, and safety personnel to ensure smooth rail movements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all environmental and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous liquid rail car loading experience is required (this is the most important prerequisite).
  • Proven experience working safely in industrial environments.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Physically capable of performing manual tasks and wearing breathing apparatus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
