We are now recruiting Ukulele teacher to join our group for winter camp and future cooperation. If you are passionate for music and enjoy working with young students and are committed to delivering high-quality music, we invite you to join dynamic team at Maven Music as a Ukulele Instructor.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-structured ukulele lessons, foster a postive and supportive learning environment that keeps students motivated and participated in lessons
- Prepare lesson plans for winter camp
- Maintain clear and professional communication with students and parents
- Assist with student performances or recitals
- Prepare for the lessons, ensure the proper care and use of tools and equipment
- Communicate respectfully and proactively with students, parents and staff to ensure a smooth program experience
- Be punctual, prepared and professional in all teaching sessions
Who You Are
- Passonate about Music
- Strong time management skills
- Patients and enjoy working with students of yound ages and all background
- Have a fun and confident personality
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of teaching experience
- Degree or diploma in music with a major in violin, or equivalent training
- Experience teaching group music classes is an asset
- Must be fluent in English and strong communication skills with the ability to engage students effectively
- Proficiency in classroom management techniques
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Must be able to travel to after-school location
- Having access to a vehicle is a plus, to travel to host locations and carry teaching materials
