Job description

The Operations Representative is the primary point of contact between assigned franchised units and the corporate office with a focus on operations, financial performance, training, and guest satisfaction. The Operations Representative effectively communicates, motivates, models, and remove barriers to maximize performance, and develops solutions that drive business results across our multiple brands (Yogen Früz, Pinkberry, Yogurty's, Sweet Jesus and YEH Yogurt)

Responsibilities and duties:

· Plan and conduct regular and working store visits to ensure compliance, maintain operational excellence, build relationships, and add value to their business.

· Achieves district quantitative objectives including sales, labour, and COGS.

· Uses sales, P&L, and other appropriate reports, to analyze their business, establish and execute tactics for improvement.

· Conduct store audit and operations evaluations to ensure compliance of operating standards and food safety in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety Act and Employment Standards Act.

· Utilizes store visit routines as a forum for discussion and coaching.

· Assist with new store builds, recruitment, staff planning and training.

· Conduct on-going training support.

· Effectively communicates, supports and ensures successful rollout and execution of brand initiatives.

· Ensures district consistency in execution of all marketing programs.

· Provide support, training, development, and execution of local store marketing to drive top line sales.

· Conducts period and quarterly business reviews to ensure plans are in place to improve performance.

· Demonstrates positive energy by handling and resolving franchisee and customer concerns.

· Demonstrates teamwork. Functions as a team builder and coach; recognizes and eliminates communication barriers.

· Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and guidance to franchisees, store staff and home office team. Sets example of positive employee relations.

· Performs other job-related duties as assigned or required.

Employment requirements:

· Knowledge of food service industry, including Food Handlers certificate

· 2+ years of multi-unit management experience in Franchise/QSR/Fast Casual restaurant industry

· Proficient in Microsoft office

· Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays

· Must have reliable transportation and maintain a valid Driver License and Insurance.
