Position Overview

We're looking for a 
Senior Craftsman
 to join our talented team of makers. This is a full-time, hands-on role where you'll be responsible for producing high-end furniture orders from start to finish. You'll work with solid wood and premium materials to create pieces that last generations.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that values excellence, collaboration, and health in both our work and environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle production of custom furniture orders, from raw materials to finished product
  • Execute precision joinery and detailed finishing with high standards
  • Interpret drawings, production plans, and specifications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful workshop culture

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in fine furniture making or high-level woodworking
  • Deep understanding of solid wood construction and finishing techniques
  • Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Portfolio or samples of past work is highly encouraged
