Aspire Sturgeon Developments Inc., a leading firm in residential construction, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Construction Quality Control, Maintenance & PDI Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As part of our commitment to delivering top-tier homes, we are looking for an individual who will ensure that all construction projects meet our high-quality standards, work directly with homeowners to perform pre-delivery inspections, and manage general repairs and maintenance tasks. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control:
  • Conduct thorough inspections throughout the New Residential Home construction process start to end to ensure all work meets company standards.
  • Identify potential issues and address them proactively to maintain high-quality construction.
  • Monitor construction methods, document inspections, concerns, and resolutions, to ensure compliance with project plans.
  • Pre-Delivery Inspections:
  • Perform a pre delivery inspection to address any defects in materials and workmanship, make corrections and repairs.
  • Coordinate and perform pre-delivery inspections with homeowners before they take possession of their new homes.
  • Provide clear, concise walkthroughs with clients, explaining the quality of work and addressing any final concerns.
  • Ensure all punch list items are addressed and completed before closing.
  • General Repairs & Maintenance:
  • Perform a wide range of repairs and maintenance on homes, from cosmetic fixes to more detailed repairs.
  • Respond promptly to homeowner repair requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Ensure all repairs are done to a high standard, ensuring satisfaction and longevity.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors to maintain a smooth workflow and address any issues that arise.
  • Maintain positive relationships with homeowners, providing excellent customer service.

  • Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance work.
  • Provide regular updates to management on the progress of quality control and repairs.
  • Ensure all documentation is compliant with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in construction, quality control, or a related field (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, materials.
  • Hands-on experience with general repairs and home maintenance.
  • Ability to perform thorough inspections and identify quality control issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
