As a Car Key Sales Technician, you'll receive paid training to master the skills of cutting, duplicating, and programming car keys and fobs—while also developing your customer service and sales abilities. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Become a Key Expert: Learn to create and program car keys and fobs accurately.
  • Solve Problems on the Spot: Assist customers by diagnosing and resolving key-related issues efficiently.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Interact with customers, manage transactions, and confidently close sales.
  • Maintain Organization: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and key production using digital systems.
  • Stay Engaged: Perform VIN retrieval, key testing, and customer service tasks—all while staying active on your feet.

Your Training Journey Includes:

  • Paid, Hands-On Learning: Receive comprehensive training in key cutting, fob programming, and sales—no prior experience needed.
  • Sales & Service Skills: Learn how to attract new customers and manage the sales process from start to finish.

We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Can pass a background check.
  • Holds a valid BC driver's license with a clean driving record (Driver's record required).
  • Is proactive, dependable, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Has reliable transportation to and around Surrey and the surrounding areas.
  • Is comfortable with physical tasks like retrieving vehicle info and handling key hardware.
