Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Snow Shovel Crew Lead to join our winter operations team. The Crew Lead is responsible for driving a company truck, managing a small team, and ensuring all assigned properties are cleared safely, efficiently, and to company standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong communication, organization, and snow removal experience.

Options to roll over employment to Summer/Permanent Positions are available

Bonus: End-of-Season Cash bonus based on attendance and performance.

Requirements

A clean drivers license with at least 3 years driving experience.

Experience in snow removal and plow operations are necessary. Work will be one with one of our work trucks with plow attachments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a company truck to and from job sites.
  • Perform snow shoveling, ice control, and other snow removal duties.
  • Supervise and coordinate your crew to ensure timely and high-quality work.
  • Communicate regularly with the office regarding job progress, site conditions, and any issues.
  • Maintain safety standards and proper equipment use at all times.
  • Be dependable and available during all snow events (including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Previous experience in snow removal and crew leadership is required.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work outdoors in cold, physically demanding conditions.
