L&D Designer/Developer

Job Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide oversight on the design and development of learning programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging common content and learning structures
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in instructional design, offering expertise in various delivery methods such as virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, and in-class workshops
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the delivery of effective and innovative learning solutions, providing feedback on the most effective blend of learning activities
  • Maintain best practices in design and stay current with industry trends and performance consulting
  • This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including Vendor Partners, Learning Solution Architects, Program Managers, and Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • The primary goal is to support business strategic priorities, enable people strategies, and impact key business measures through effective learning projects

Experience & Qualification Requirements:
   

  • College diploma/certificate
  • 8+ Years of Relevant Experience
  • Quality control
  • Learning and development experience
  • Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g. SCORM, AICC, HTML) and experience with industry development software like Captivate, Articulate, Adobe Connect, etc
