About the Role:

Compassion Senior Care is seeking a dependable and compassionate Health Care Aide to support a senior client living with health decline in NW Calgary. This is a meaningful opportunity to build a consistent care relationship in a supportive home environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respectful assistance with personal care, incontinence, and hygiene
  • Assist with mobility, physiotherapy exercises, and transfers
  • Prepare simple, nutritious meals and perform light housekeeping
  • Drive the client to local appointments or outings as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Certified Health Care Aide with 4+ years of experience
  • Experienced in cognitive support
  • Mature, professional, and calm, preferably middle-aged or older
  • Holds a valid Class 5 driver's license and has access to a reliable vehicle
  • Patient, emotionally intuitive, and committed to client dignity and safety
