We are committed to creating an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace where you belong, and your contributions are celebrated. Together, we achieve more by combining our unique strengths, fostering collaboration, and inspiring each other to reach new heights.
The opportunity:
Data is the heart of our strategy—and you'll be the expert who bridges product, engineering, and customer success to shape decisions that reach both internal stakeholders and end-users. Help shape a platform that strengthens workplace culture at scale. Thrive in a mission-driven company that values experimentation, autonomy, and meaningful recognition. What you`ll be doing:
  • Own analytics across our rewards & recognition platform, focusing on both enterprise adoption and individual teams/users.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define metrics, track performance, and deliver insights relevant at multiple layers— use data to inform decisions that drive client satisfaction, product adoption, and platform usage.
  • Craft comprehensive analytics flows,  mapping user journeys from login to recognition to reward redemption and others.
  • Leverage Amplitude for funnel analysis, retention tracking, cohort segmentation, and user behavior insights.
  • Develop self-serve dashboards and reports (via Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, or internal BI tools) that monitor key metrics such as adoption trends, identify churn risks, and surface upsell opportunities.
  • Lead event tracking implementation and validation, coordinating with Engineering to ensure data consistency and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation and quality checks on analytics infrastructure and metric definitions.
What we`re looking for:
  • 3–6 years in product analytics, growth analytics, or similar roles—ideally within HR‑tech, rewards platforms, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with Amplitude (or similar platforms like Mixpanel, Heap).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success—turning data into product and client‑focused insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, retention analysis, and experimentation.
  • Strong storytelling skills— you are able to deliver complex data insights clearly and persuasively across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Bonus: you also bring familiarity with HR‑related metrics (e.g., recognition frequency, redemption ROI), client usage patterns, or success outcome reporting.
Why you'll love working at Achievers: We are passionate about disruptive technology that's rooted in science, research and data. We understand the value of employee success in the workplace and have been recognized in numerous publications for our contributions to HR, for technical excellence, and for our outstanding workplace culture We foster an environment of connection, security, and community.
