Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional optical dispensing services with accuracy and care.
  • Fit, measure, and adjust eyewear ensuring optimal vision and comfort for every patient.
  • Educate patients on lens options, coatings, frame selections, and contact lenses.
  • Work closely with optometrists to ensure seamless patient flow and care coordination.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and inventory of eyewear and contact lenses.
  • Assist in training and supporting optical staff and student volunteers.
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience that reflects Look Optometry's brand and values.

Qualifications

  • Current Licensed Optician
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with electronic medical records and optical sales preferred.
  • A passion for style, eye health, and helping people see their best.
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable.
