JOB SCOPE:
- Payroll & Benefits Management.
- Time tracking and leave management.
- Personnel File Management and other HR Administration functions.
- HRIS implementation and management.
- Act as Administrative Assistant's backup.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor and senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To seek for good potential candidates from the resumes received;
- To arrange and conduct interviews for certain client groups;
- To maintain and update the personal file of each staff;
- To submit monthly/quarterly manpower reports to HO;
- To responsible for semi-monthly payroll by using ADP EZlabour and ADP
- Work with FICON team to follow up with payroll reconciliation;
- Group Insurance Management: To own the process of new addition, cancellation as well as staff information updating.
- Group RRSP Management: To provide the Service Provider with the contribution list semi-monthly.
- To own the process of new hire orientation & departure list;
- To assist HR Manager in coordinating the process of Performance Management, Salary Round and Bonus Round;
- To support in preparing department-wide training program collaborating with department representatives.
- To assist HR Manager in completing the projects assigned by HO;
- Other duties and projects as assigned by superior
Key Qualifications:
- Previous HR/Payroll experience is preferable but not a must
- A self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and manage details.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Payroll Practitioner Certificate or working on it will be an asset
- Bilingual English and Chinese is an asset
- Proficient use of MS Excel
Salary: CA$40,000.00-CA$53,000.00 per year
