We're now growing in Canada and seeking passionate, culturally fluent Travel Product Specialist to help create travel experiences for the global Chinese community.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the operational heartbeat of our Product Team, helping ideas turn into real journeys:

  1. Plan and develop series-based travel itineraries and products, including conducting market research.

  2. Liaise, negotiate, and sign contracts with overseas suppliers, including hotel, transportation, and dining service bookings and operations.

  3. Collect, research, and package travel product components.

  4. Manage product cost control to ensure profitability and quality standards.

  5. Assist the sales team with order fulfillment and customer support.

What You Bring

  • Experience in travel operations, reception, or administration
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and data management
  • A detail-loving, responsible, calm-under-pressure personality
  • A team player who learns quickly and adapts well

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of Canada/US destinations
  • Tourism or hospitality background
  • Familiarity with booking or travel backend systems
  • Speak second Language

你會負責的工作

你是產品部最重要的後勤核心,讓行程從想像變成現實:

  • 行程排期、成本控管、報價彙整
  • 與酒店、餐廳、車隊等供應商溝通(中英夾擊)
  • 訂單處理、確認文件、行程表製作
  • 協助導遊、銷售與客服團隊,讓旅客旅程順到不行
  • 旅客需求回覆、突發狀況協助
  • 行程資料維護、行政支援
  • 協助產品更新與品質控管
