BASIC FUNCTION:

Support AGTA's clients

QUALIFICATIONS

The following are the principal qualifications for this position:

· Minimum post-secondary education a requirement

· Must be advance level is MS office Suite and Outlook

· Strong time management skills, confidentiality, and professionalism

· Excellent communicator, able to foster relationships with Homecare Staff and clients

· Ability to work independently and work effectively within a team environment

· Interest in continuous learning – high energy and focused

POSITION DUTIES

The following are the main responsibilities for this position:

· Meet with Homecare Manager weekly to set priorities, update on progress and suggest alternatives to stay on track

· Assist Intake Coordinator with arranging and coordination all aspects of new files

· Assist with Coordination Team in handling complaints, visit issues

· Support the day-to-day questions and concerns of our clients, calls to clients are returned within 3 hours

· Assist with sending work assignments

· Assist with the monitoring of technology platform

· Help Recruitment maintain a roster of qualified candidates

· Maintain open and clear communication with the rest of the HR team and Homecare department to ensure that tasks are completed seamlessly in a timely manner

· Assist with creating and updating procedures on tasks relating to duties of all positions

.Manage referrals as they come in electronically

· Assist HR as required

.Assist with Accounting if required

.Assist with Allied Services

· Other duties as required
