Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber /Gas Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Gas Fitting systems and be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining Propane systems in residential and commercial properties. A successful Plumber /Gas Fitter will demonstrate mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Shift will be 3 weeks x 3 weeks off

10 Hr days

Fly in x Fly Out

Flights, LOA, Housing provided

OT after 10 hrs & Weekends

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain propane & Plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine layouts.
• Perform routine inspections of Propane systems to identify issues or potential problems.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians to ensure comprehensive project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Gas fitter & Plumbed or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in plumbing work.
• Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A valid Gas Fitter license may be required depending on local regulations.
