Overview

Bauld Insurance, a locally owned and award-winning brokerage, is hiring a Support Commercial Lines Account Manager to help manage an existing portfolio of commercial clients. As support Commercial Lines Account Manager- you will work with our team to understand and meet our client's insurance needs. You will work with a dynamic team and manage an existing portfolio of clients. You will collaborate on the renewal cycle, handle day-to-day policy changes, liaise with our Insurer partners, and market policies as required.

Key Responsibilities

· Support the commercial insurance Accouant Manager team with portfolio review, policy changes/requests, renewals

· Respond promptly to client inquiries.

· Stay current with insurance products and policy changes.

Qualifications

· Minimum 3 years of insurance experience.

· CAIB, CIP, or similar designations are assets.

· Valid provincial insurance license.

· EPIC system knowledge is a plus.

· Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently or in a team.
