Maintenance Supervisor – Fallingwater Landscapes

Location: Victoria, BC

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation & Benefits

We're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with at least 2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience to lead one of our crews. If you're ready to step into a leadership role and continue building your career in the landscape industry, this could be the right fit for you.

The Role

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

  • Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–3 team members to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Perform and oversee tasks such as mowing, trimming, hedge and shrub care, bed maintenance, and cleanup.
  • Train and mentor junior staff while fostering a positive, professional team environment.
  • Represent Fallingwater with clear communication and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture.
  • Leadership potential with strong communication and customer service skills.
  • A positive, professional attitude and the ability to coach and support a small team.
  • Proficiency with landscaping tools and powered equipment.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license.
  • Reliability and comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
