The Opportunity:
We are growing rapidly and looking for a hungry and charismatic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first voice of our brand. In this role, you'll be educating a stressed and busy industry about a solution that can fundamentally transform their business and lifestyle.
You will be the pioneer, identifying and engaging with property management companies, sparking conversations, and building a pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Prospecting:
Contact 60-70 target property management companies per week who are overwhelmed by the DIY grind.
- Connect & Conquer:
Execute a multi-channel outreach sequence, with a core focus on making strategic cold calls per week to generate qualified interest and book discovery meetings.
- Articulate Value with Impact:
Quickly diagnose a prospect's key pain points (like 2 AM guest calls, negative reviews, or booking inefficiencies) and clearly communicate how our service is the definitive solution.
- Quality & Qualify:
Assess potential client fit based on specific criteria like portfolio size, growth ambitions, and operational bottlenecks.
- Team Synergy:
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging, share frontline insights, and ensure a seamless handoff of pipeline opportunities.
What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves):
- 1+ years of experience in a sales development, inside sales, or a high-volume phone-based role.
- A true

: You are proactive, resilient, and are motivated by the challenge of opening new doors. You don't just send emails—you pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Exceptional Phone Skills
: You are charismatic, confident, and can build rapport quickly over the phone. You're comfortable having 15+ conversations a day.
- A quick learner with a genuine curiosity about the short-term rental and property management space.
- Highly organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a high volume of activity and pipeline in a CRM.
- Native level of English
