Compensation: $40,000 to $45,000 depending on Experience

Known for our high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, we're looking for an energetic Office Administrator Assistant who can represent our team with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

Job Summary

The Office Administrator Assistant will be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors. This role is essential in managing our daily administrative operations, answering calls, scheduling service appointments, tracking material inventory, and maintaining accurate records. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments using Jobber
  • Support technicians and dispatch team with daily scheduling needs
  • Maintain and update customer records and work orders
  • Manage and track material inventory using a software program
  • Update our Social Media Accounts
  • Perform general administrative tasks: filing, invoicing, and email correspondence
  • Strong Excel knowledge, Word, and Outlook to prepare and manage office documentation
  • Assist with light bookkeeping or reporting as required

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and office software is required
  • Experience with Jobber preferred but not required
  • Experience using software to track or manage inventory is preferred
  • Experience with Social Media Platforms is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written are required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be calm under pressure and pleasant under stress
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanour
  • Plumbing or home service industry experience is preferred, but not required
