Bilingual Investment Associate

Job Overview
Two established advisors are looking for someone to help behind the scenes with support. The individual can take the Associate role right away or can grow into the role if they don't have the needed licenses right away.
Responsibilities:
- Corresponding with Clients by email & phone.
- Submitting forms and staying on top to see if follow up if/reminders are needed until complete.
- Account Openings
- Submitting transfer requests to other institutions.
- Updating client database.
- Helping with meeting prep documents for advisor
- Updating client KYC info
MUST HAVE:
- excellent organization skills
- excellent memory
- resourceful
- very good with technology (new software, etc)
- very good communication (written & spoken)
- must be motivated and able to work independently (unsupervised)
- Excellent at MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Speaking French is a Must.
- Investment Industry Knowledge/Experience is an added value.

Salary will vary depending on Licenses, local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, language, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
