Job Description

  • Impact client experience through execution of client account administration, including account opening, account maintenance and efficient resolution of client request.
  • Assist advisors with managing and executing on their Client service plan and RBC partner/COI service plan.
  • Leverage your passion for planning to coordinate and prepare meetings for Advisors with their clients/prospects and COIs.
  • Draw on your social media skills to update the team's communication channels, including websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, brochures, newsletters.
  • Manage special projects for the team, including regulatory projects requiring account documentation updates or client communications and firm-led initiatives i.e. eStatement campaign
