Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering outstanding results.

Duties:

- Perfecting own Barista works at our Coffee Shop design

-Provide leadership and guidance to a team of employees

- Train and develop staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles

- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback on areas of improvement

- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures

- Maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, expectations, and updates

- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked

- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately

- Oversee payroll processes and ensure timely submission of employee hours

Requirements:

- Expert Barista at our location with high skills.

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role
  • Strong knowledge of training development, customer service, and retail sales techniques
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers and staff members
  • Proficient in using POS systems and other retail software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Experience in conducting interviews and hiring new employees
  • Ability to supervise a diverse team of individuals with varying skill sets

Pay: $17.85-$26.00 per hour
