The Position:

RW Consumer Products is seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Blowmolding machines and filling lines, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality production.

Shift Hours: 7am - 3pm

Location: St. Albert, AB

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Blowmolding machines and filling lines.
  • Conduct mold changes and machine programming to optimize production efficiency.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and install machinery and equipment as needed.
  • Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inspect, lubricate, and replace defective parts to maintain equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate with the production team to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in Blowmolding and filling line machinery is highly desirable.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Physical stamina is required. You will be standing for long stretches of time. Must be able to lift, push/pull 25 lbs.
