About the Role
The Marketing Manager is a strategic and creative leader responsible for driving the brand's marketing vision, execution, and growth across all channels. This role oversees the full marketing function, from campaign ideation to measurable results, ensuring every initiative aligns with Mine & Yours' values of sustainability, luxury, and community.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager leads brand storytelling, content strategy, digital performance, and event marketing. The ideal candidate combines a love for fashion with a data-driven mindset and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This role plays a pivotal part in elevating Mine & Yours' brand presence, deepening client engagement, and driving both online and in-store sales through powerful, on-brand marketing.
Location: Toronto or Vancouver (based on candidate location)
We're open to hiring this role in either Toronto or Vancouver, depending on where we find the right candidate.
What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Lead the development and implementation of annual and seasonal marketing plans that support company objectives and sales targets.
- Oversee all marketing channels including digital, social, influencer, and experiential, ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment.
- Manage and optimize content calendars, paid campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
- Use analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate closely with the Buying, Ecommerce, and Retail teams to ensure unified storytelling across product launches, promotions, and in-store experiences.
- Ensure all creative and messaging aligns with Mine & Yours' brand identity, tone, and sustainability ethos.
Content and Brand Storytelling
- Lead the ideation, creation, and publishing of social media and digital content that inspires engagement and drives conversion.
- Oversee photoshoots, video production, and visual assets, ensuring storytelling reflects brand pillars and product priorities.
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships, negotiating deliverables and tracking performance.
- Develop copy and creative briefs that translate marketing objectives into impactful visual and written content.
Community and Events
- Conceptualize and execute community-driven activations, collaborations, and VIP events that strengthen brand loyalty.
- Partner with store and ecommerce teams to integrate marketing efforts into client experiences and product storytelling.
- Identify partnership opportunities with aligned brands, local businesses, and sustainability initiatives.
- Build marketing plans that drive measurable in-store and online traffic during key campaigns and product drops.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Associate and cross-functional contributors, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, reviewing progress weekly through the EOS framework (scorecards, Rocks, and Level 10s).
- Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring high-quality execution and brand alignment.
- Serve as the internal marketing expert, providing strategic input to leadership and contributing to company-wide decision-making.
What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of marketing experience with proven leadership experience (fashion, retail, or luxury preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and influencer engagement.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Suite, and Klaviyo.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to balance creative and analytical priorities.
- A strong visual eye and understanding of fashion trends and social storytelling.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable business results through marketing.
- A collaborative, proactive, and growth-minded approach aligned with Mine & Yours' values.
