Join our dynamic team as a Lot Attendant, where your enthusiasm for guest services and hospitality will shine In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and valued. You'll manage the parking lot with precision, assist in vehicle organization, and provide exceptional customer service that keeps our guests coming back. Your driving skills will be put to good use as you navigate vehicles in various conditions, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

What you'll do

  • Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them in locating their vehicles or navigating the lot.
  • Manage the parking area efficiently, ensuring vehicles are parked safely and organized.
  • Drive vehicles of various sizes, including manual transmission models, to designated locations within the lot.
  • Provide support to delivery drivers by preparing vehicles for pickup and drop-off.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while assisting with cashiering duties as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Assist with inventory management by keeping track of vehicle movements and availability.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles confidently.

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dealership or retail environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in customer service roles that emphasize hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
