We're looking for a Captain (two-crew and single-pilot qualified) to join our growing team, ensuring safe and efficient flight operations while providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Flight Operations – Safely operate Aspen Air Charters' aircraft, adhering to all Transport Canada regulations and company procedures.
- Aircraft Readiness – Ensure aircraft are properly prepared for assigned flights, including pre-flight inspections and operational readiness.
- Regulatory & Safety Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Customer Service Excellence – Deliver a professional, client-focused experience, ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordination with Maintenance – Work closely with company maintenance personnel to report and address aircraft technical issues.
What You Bring
- Flight Experience – Minimum 1,000 hours total time and 100 hours multi-engine time (PA31 experience is an asset).
- Licensing & Certification – Valid Commercial Pilot License, Instrument Rating, and valid Canadian passport.
- Flexibility & Travel – Ability to be away from base for multiple days as per operational requirements.
- Communication & Professionalism – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and adaptable approach and a self-starter attitude.
- Problem-Solving & Autonomy – Ability to make sound decisions and work effectively with limited supervision.
- Proficiency in English – Strong command of English for effective communication in high-pressure environments.

Aspen Air Charters Inc. was founded in 2024 as an air charter company with the intent of delivering reliable air charter services throughout the province of Ontario and beyond. The operation currently employs a fleet of 3 Piper Navajo Chieftain Aircraft.

. Aspen Air is half indigenous owned with a key component of our charter services being into the northern communities of Ontario. We strive to provide a choice of aircraft that are quite capable, but also an economical option.
