Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to engage customers effectively. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service while promoting our product offerings. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
  • Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring displays are attractive and organized
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions and new products
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods
  • Uphold phone etiquette when handling inquiries via phone or online channels
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Experience

  • Prior experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technical sales is preferred
  • Bilingual skills (English and additional languages) are a plus, especially for serving diverse customer bases
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
  • Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Experience working with technology products or conducting product demos is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$23.41 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
