Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Snow Removal Crew Members to join our winter operations team. This position involves manual snow removal, including shoveling sidewalks, walkways, and entryways, and applying salt or de-icing materials to keep surfaces safe and accessible during winter weather events.

The ideal candidates are able to work on-call, are reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to work outdoors in cold and challenging conditions as part of a responsive, fast-moving crew.

Responsibilities

  • Shovel snow from sidewalks, pathways, stairs, and building entrances.
  • Apply salt, sand, or de-icing products to prevent ice build-up and improve traction.
  • Assist with clearing snow around vehicles, loading docks, and pedestrian areas as needed.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE while on site.
  • Report site conditions, hazards, or equipment needs to supervisors promptly.
  • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, often under time-sensitive conditions.

Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
