Job DescriptionTitan Manufacturing Inc.Titan Manufacturing is currently seeking experienced ALUMINUM MIG WELDERS to join our growing teamSalary: Hourly: Dependent upon experience and qualificationsDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESWelding and fabrication of Aluminum for Heavy Truck/Semi Tractor Bumpers, Grille Guards, Brush Guards.Fabricate items based on blue prints/weldment drawings.Fitting of aluminum heavy truck bumpers and accessoriesSquaring and welding various geometric componentsAdherence to shop safety policies and proceduresMaintain a safe work environmentResponsible to identify areas for improvement, ways to better expedite and gain production efficiencies, and cost reductions.Consistently punctual and available for a minimum of 40 hours of work per weekPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:Grade 12 or equivalent0-3 years work experience in the fabrication / manufacturing industryDemonstrates strong fabrication skillsAbility to communicate both verbal & written in the English languageAbility to read and interpret blue printsAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measureAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions via written, verbal, or diagram formStrong organizational and time management skills including the ability to prioritize multiple tasksProfessional demeanorAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSRegularly required to stand; walk; sit;Ability to use hands to operate equipment, handle, or feel;Ability to reach with hands and armsAbility to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 – 50lbsOccasionally lift and/or move >50lbs with assistanceAbility to kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, and reach above and below waistAbility to wear fully fitted respirator when required*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: $19.00-$23.00 per hourApplication question(s):What types of aluminum welding processes are you most experienced with?(e.g., TIG, MIG, Pulse MIG)How many years have you been welding aluminum, and in what types of settings (e.g., fabrication shop, automotive, marine, aerospace)?Experience:Welding: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
