Essential Responsibilities:
Performs quantity takeoffs under supervision.
Generate and review Bill of Materials
Assist with development of the Build Cost Estimate
Process in-field escalations from Build Team with a Change Request Participates in estimating activities such as preparing budgets, cost studies, and competitive bids
Compile and process As-Builts post build to assists with development of the Build Cost Actual with a Change Request
Performs general administrative functions
Qualifications:
1+ years related work experience or combination of relevant education and experience
Strong computer background including experience with MS Office and any related estimating software
Familiarity with construction documents and the ability to assist with construction document review
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Work Conditions:
This is a work from home position
