Job Description

AECOM is seeking an Organization Interface Manager (Airport Operations) to join our team. This position is based on-site, out of Mississauga. We are seeking professionals to join our team to help us build one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

We are looking to hire 3 individuals for this role. These positions will support various aviation-related projects, including:

  • Agency Engagement

  • ORAT Interface Manager

  • Other Stakeholder

Major Responsibilities: 

  • Offers specialized project management expertise to facilitate the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.

  • Collaborates with various airport departments to manage the impact of the Program while effectively meeting departmental demands.

  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to ensure necessary consultations and approvals are aligned.

  • Works closely with the broader program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as needed.

  • Delivers updates and reports to communicate interface risks and opportunities effectively. 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess, at a very minimum: 

  • University Degree with 8 + years of relevant experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs. 

  • Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Relevant professional designations are considered an asset.

  • Typically requires at least 10 years of professional experience in project or program management.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working on large airport projects or similar infrastructure programs.

  • Proven expertise in project management and/or relevant technical disciplines for delivering complex projects.

  • Strong track record of leading teams to successfully execute complex infrastructure projects and programs.

  • Extensive technical proficiency across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably within large aviation programs or projects.

  • Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing reports to support effective decision-making.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate meetings and workshops with diverse groups.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
