Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Gas Fitter (G2 or G1) to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role involving the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential gas fireplaces. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and enjoys working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, service, and repair gas fireplaces and heating appliances
  • Perform gas line connections, leak testing, and system diagnostics
  • Complete work orders and ensure compliance with Ontario gas safety codes
  • Communicate clearly with clients and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with team members and office staff to schedule and complete jobs efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site

Qualifications:

  • Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician License in Ontario
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential gas fitting
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • WETT Certification (an asset)
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying weather conditions
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
