Kozeta Salon and Spa is looking for a talented Esthetician who is passionate about beauty, skilled in precision work and love creating a welcoming experience for clients The priority of an Esthetician is to offer an unparalleled level of customer service and service quality

Services required to be provided by the right candidate are including:

* Nail Services-Manicure/Pedicure/Shellac

*Facials

*Proficiency in Waxing

*Lash Lift and Tinting/Brow Lamination.

Estheticians must be able to build rapport with clients and approach all client interactions with reverence for the guest. A successful Esthetician will excel at retail sales and will continuously commit to product training and meet or exceed personalized sales goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides high-level customer service, as well as safe and efficacious services to all guests

· Follows service protocol during all treatments

· Demonstrates advanced technical ability during treatments

· Comfortably discuss services, treatment plans and recommendations with clients

· Ability to educate clients and sell skincare and beauty lines sold in our boutique

Requirements:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Ability to meet personalized sales goals

· Courteous and professional demeanor

· Able to work in a team or independently

· Advanced time management skills

· Availability to work evening/ weekend shifts.

Education and Experience:

· Esthetics Program Graduate

· Minimum 2 years in a professional Aesthetics role

· Previous spa or hospitality experience an asset
