About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team of professionals. This role is ideal for someone with a diverse trades background who thrives on problem-solving, leading by example, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do

  • Handle and oversee general maintenance, repairs, and renovations across residential and commercial properties, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and more.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify repair or improvement needs.
  • Manage tools, materials, and job site organization to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when required.
  • Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to maintain project transparency and satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company quality standards.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, or renovation work.
  • Strong multi-trade skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and lead small teams on site.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
