A leading interiors ICI general contractor in Toronto, specializing in large-scale projects within the health sector are looking for a Health and Safety Coordinator to join their growing team. With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to safety, they deliver complex, large-scale interiors projects that shape the future of healthcare facilities.
As the Health and Safety Coordinator, you will manage health and safety protocols for large-scale construction projects, particularly within the healthcare sector. You will play a key role in ensuring that all safety regulations are adhered to and that our projects are completed in a safe and compliant manner.
In this exciting role, you will develop, implement, and monitor health and safety programs on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits. Lead safety meetings, training sessions to promote a culture of safety among all project stakeholders. Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to ensure that safety procedures are followed, and projects run smoothly and safely.
You will be passionate about health and safety, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve safety programs.
