We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Retail Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and ensure a high standard of customer service and team performance in our jewellery retail enviroment.

Key Responsibnilities

  • Supervise and support retail staff, including sales assocaites and trainees
  • Assign duties and schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Hire and train and guide team member to meet sales and service goals
  • Monitor sales performance and conduct performance reviews
  • Authorize payments, merchandise returns, and handle cash management
  • Organize and maintain store inventory and merchandising displays
  • Oversee product displays for booth permanent and promotional collections
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and operational issues promptly
  • Prepare reports on sales performance, staffing, and merchandising activities
  • Manage payroll administration and office operations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store standards

Supervision

  • Responsible for supervising 5-10 employees

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in retail supervision or management (jewellery or luxury retail experience in an asset)
  • Strong Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in handling cash, reports, and inventory systems
  • language skills: Profciency in English is required, knowledge of Cantonses or Mandarin is an asset
  • Flexible to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is preferred
