Nos instructeurs(trices) Essentrics sont des professionnel(le)s passionné(e)s, bienveillant(e)s et dynamiques. Ils/Elles offrent des expériences ancrées dans les fondements scientifiques du mouvement, tout en adoptant une approche moderne, fluide et accessible. Chaque cours est soigneusement conçu pour favoriser la mobilité, la force, la flexibilité et le bien-être global de nos membres.
Grâce à leur passion et à leur sens du mouvement, ils/elles contribuent à faire rayonner nos cours d'Essentrics.
Responsabilités
- Offrir des cours immersifs et stimulants, adaptés à différents niveaux.
- Créer un environnement positif et motivant favorisant la progression et la confiance des membres.
- Développer un sentiment de communauté et encourager la fidélité des participants.
- Représenter la philosophie Essentrics et l'approche Midtown à travers chaque séance.
Exigences
- Certification Essentrics de niveau 1 ou plus.
- Expérience en animation de cours de groupe ou en enseignement du mouvement
- Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et sens de la communication.
