Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Senior Support Specialist located in Nanaimo, BC. The Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for I.T. systems. Daily tasks include managing help desk support, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of relevant technologies. Following training, work from home is acceptable as part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
  • Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications, a degree in Information Technology or relevant experience
