Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment at FreshSlice Pizza. As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality. This position requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines.
  • Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing customer orders and payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
  • Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
  • Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, food handling, and sanitation practices is beneficial.
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
