Responsibilities

  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, while adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with ordering when necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly while ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service for food orders.
  • Uphold a positive atmosphere by contributing to team morale and supporting fellow staff members during peak hours.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in bartending or food service within hospitality
  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that enhances guest interactions.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling is essential.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for brewing techniques and an eagerness to learn about new beverage trends will set you apart
