Lease Administrator-6 month Contract

As a Lease Administrator, you can expect to work collaboratively with a team of about 5 colleagues on completing retail transactions system adjustments, system audits and reporting. You will be ensuring the accurate completion for trade-up terminations as well the timely completion of ongoing payment setups. Responsible for exercising adherence to: credit and matrix authorizations, system rules, and corporate policies to ensure the accurate completion of responsibilities while meeting customer expected turnaround-timing commitments.

DAY TO DAY
Booking Functions – Responsible for the following for each transaction:
Finalize the booking process within Infolease
Prepare all terminations associated with a newly booked contracts
Prepare Trade-up Journal
File preparation for Imaging
- Creating all Trade-Up terminations
- Reconciliation of Trade-Up journals
- Reconciliation of Dealer Payables
- Responsible for liaising between Finance and Contract Admin for funding related items.
- Manage all funding needs after booking to ensure they are done on a timely and accurate basis.
- Responsible for specific Reconciliations between Portfolio Administration and Finance
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all necessary data in DLL's back end system.
- Address customer complaints, identify source causes of issues and work with the team/other departments on resolutions.
- Multi-Asset Uploads and file preparation
General:
- Develop and maintain a positive consultative relationship with internal customers as it relates to key system requirements and processes.
- Accountable for achieving daily, weekly and monthly KPI's and SLA's.
- Ongoing procedure review and update, including updating procedures, training manuals, and reports.
Responsible for ensuring that proper records are kept and that policies and procedures are followed, as well as, ensuring all internal controls are adhered too.
Support the implementation of IT projects, which includes but not limited to the creation of: test cases, execution of test cases, creation/amendment of procedures/training material, and training of users.
Responsible for file preparation for imaging.
As part of the Lease Admin team, the Lease Administrator will also be called upon from time to complete other administration responsibilities to ensure effective workload for the entire team.
Special projects and other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
Back-up to others within the Portfolio Administration Department as deemed necessary and assigned by manager.

ESSENTIALS
- Post-Secondary education a requirement.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent keying data entry skills.
- Having worked in a Finance or Operations function with leasing or financing industry experience considered an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes while maintaining ongoing attention to detail while meeting set deadlines.
- Must be self-directed, decisive and goal oriented.
- Comfortable working in an empowered work environment with established goals/expected results and limited step-by-step direction.
- Ability to embrace and champion change.
- Capable of driving growth capacity by continuously looking for better ways to improve processes.

Applicable Pay Range
$52, $78,484.80
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are subject to eligibility.
