plays a critical role in supporting ADP's partner ecosystem by ensuring seamless service delivery, driving client success, and building scalable service models for growth. This role bridges the gap between partners, clients, and ADP by leading high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across every touchpoint. The Manager is accountable for retention and quality outcomes, serves as a trusted advisor to partners and stakeholders, and champions a white-glove service experience that differentiates ADP in the HRTech marketplace.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities
What You Can Expect On a Typical Day
- Lead a team of HCM Consultants across multiple locations in Canada, providing coaching, development, and support to help associates grow and succeed.
- Communicates strategic goals; sets and communicates team goals. Continuously reviews team performance; identifies and appropriately addresses opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure efficient and effective delivery of service by overseeing daily operations, managing coverage, and controlling workflows to meet business objectives in productivity and quality.
- Drive accountability for client satisfaction, quality, and retention results across the partner portfolio.
- Establish and optimize service models to support new and evolving partnerships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client or partner escalations, ensuring timely resolution and reinforcing trust.
- Work closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to deliver a seamless client experience and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Oversee all functional responsibilities performed by service teams, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Provide insights and reporting to leadership, supporting decision-making and continuous improvement.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements
- Experience in data collection, root cause analysis and reporting related to client interactions, channels, client surveys, and productivity.
- Experience in evaluating and monitoring client and channel service interactions in the field of payroll or any closely related industry.
- Ability to think strategically and provide recommendations for long term team growth and development.
- General knowledge of payroll and/or HCM, marketing, sales or related field processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience of demonstrable experience in leading a high performing division.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a proven background in client service.
- Ability to demonstrate a tremendous level of initiative.
- Ability to maintain the highest levels of client confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership skills; must be able to work with little supervision, is a self-starter.
- Outstanding presentation skills and experience presenting to Senior Leaders and Executives.
- Ability to think tactically and strategically, identify significant success factors and execute actionable solutions at the highest levels.
- Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education experience.
- Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP's headquarters and international sites.

- Diriger une équipe de conseillers en gestion du capital humain (GCH) en poste dans les divers bureaux d'ADP au Canada, en offrant du coaching, du perfectionnement et du soutien pour aider ces associé(e)s à s'épanouir professionnellement et à réussir.
- Communiquer les objectifs stratégiques; établir et communiquer les objectifs de l'équipe. Examiner continuellement le rendement de l'équipe; cerner les possibilités d'amélioration et y donner suite correctement.
- Garantir une prestation de services efficace et efficiente en supervisant les opérations quotidiennes, en gérant la couverture et en contrôlant les flux de travail afin d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux en termes de productivité et de qualité.
- Promouvoir la satisfaction de la clientèle, la qualité et les résultats en matière de fidélisation dans l'ensemble du portefeuille des partenaires.
- Établir et optimiser des modèles de service pour soutenir les partenariats nouveaux et en évolution.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour les recours hiérarchiques des clients ou des partenaires, en assurant une résolution rapide et en renforçant la confiance.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les principales parties prenantes, tant à l'interne qu'à l'externe, afin d'offrir une expérience client homogène et de renforcer les relations à long terme.
- Superviser toutes les responsabilités fonctionnelles assumées par les équipes de maintenance, en veillant à la cohérence, à l'efficacité et à l'excellence opérationnelle.

POUR RÉUSSIR DANS CE RÔLE : Exigences
- Expérience de la collecte de données, de l'analyse des causes fondamentales et de la production de rapports liés aux interactions avec les clients, aux canaux, aux sondages auprès des clients et à la productivité.
- Expérience de l'évaluation et du suivi des interactions avec les clients et les services de distribution dans le domaine de la paie ou dans tout secteur étroitement lié.
- Capacité de penser stratégiquement et de formuler des recommandations pour la croissance et le perfectionnement à long terme d'une équipe.
- Connaissance générale de la paie et/ou de la gestion du capital humain (GCH), du marketing, des ventes ou des processus de terrain connexes.
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience démontrée de la direction d'une division très performante.
- Au moins deux ans d'expérience et une expérience éprouvée du service à la clientèle.
- Capacité de faire preuve d'un niveau d'initiative exceptionnel.
- Capacité à maintenir le plus haut niveau de confidentialité des clients.
- Excellentes compétences de communication.
- Excellentes qualités interpersonnelles et capacité à établir des relations.
- Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes.
- Excellentes compétences de leadership; capacité à travailler avec peu de supervision, esprit d'initiative.
- Excellentes compétences de présentation et expérience de la présentation à des cadres dirigeants.
- Capacité à penser tactiquement et stratégiquement, à identifier les facteurs de réussite importants et à mettre en œuvre des solutions réalisables aux plus hauts niveaux.
- Baccalauréat dans un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire offrant un programme sur quatre ans, ou une à deux années d'expérience et/ou de formation connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d'expériences scolaires.
- Candidats au Québec : bien que le français soit obligatoire pour les postes au Québec, l'utilisation de l'anglais est également requise en raison de la nature mondiale de l'entreprise et du besoin d'interaction avec le siège social et les sites internationaux d'ADP.
