Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Spray Foam Installer to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation in residential buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and proper sealing. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience with spray foam (both 1/2 lb and 2 lb), hand tools, and equipment knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare work areas by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and protective coverings
  • Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications and safety standards
  • Use hand tools such as caulking guns, drills, and saws to assist with installation tasks
  • Maintain cleanliness of work site and properly dispose of waste materials
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
  • Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on-site

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in construction or insulation installation is preferred
  • Preference will be given to those with valid spray ticket
  • Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are a plus
